Dear Blackified Readers: My mission is to unite the Detroit Black Community, to empower our culture's inner beauty and to inspire Black Men in particular to be patient and persistent in the achievement of their life goals. I have developed a CD series of the fictional character "Buddy Green - Wise Man on the Corner". Buddy Green has seen it all and offers a wisdom to shine on inner-city pitfalls.

Author, Poet, Public Speaker I grew up in Tennessee and Detroit, studied African American Literature at Knoxville College (1988-91). I've since then developed a sideline business as a speaker, storyteller and inspirational poet. I recognize in myself a certain ability to uplift and inspire and I write to you now asking for a chance to do as much in your sphere of influence. I offer a message of hope for our communities and I look forward to working with you all.

Strong, full of drama as sometimes our relationships can get a little rocky. However, maybe we can some how grow from it all? Definately real a must see. I want so much to see our men and women more loving to each other. Someday, somehow. J.
